The Ute Tribe Business Committee approved the website eight years ago. That first year, we received a grant from the Utah Archives.

When the grant ran out , the Covid virus hit and most of what was in the grant didn’t happen.

Daniela Larsen, Director (at the time) of the Hutchinson Museum in Lehi, Utah helped with website development and hosted the website on the museum’s server. Leadership changes happened at the Hutchinson Museum that caused our initial UteTube website was locked up in legalities with Daniela.
